Four officers carry legal, financial, records, and frontline program responsibility for INDEPENDENT WOMENS TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY CHARITY. Biographies below match the roles filed for public-charity accountability.
Oversees strategic mission execution, IRS 501(c)(3) public-charity compliance, fiscal transparency, and community outreach alliances across New Canaan, CT, USA. As principal officer he also guides legal representation strategy for the charity—coordinating counsel on filings, contracts, and regulatory matters so board decisions remain consistent with nonprofit law and donor expectations.
Oversees budget allocations, fiscal transparency, Form 990 readiness, and ensures 88%+ of all donated funds go directly to active community outreach programs.
Maintains corporate records, regulatory filings, conflict of interest disclosures, and oversees digital operations infrastructure to maintain organizational integrity.
Directs frontline program execution, beneficiary intake workflows, volunteer coordination, and strategic alliances with local community partners.
Written policies protect beneficiaries, donors, and staff. The board reviews each commitment annually before Form 990 preparation.
Directors and key employees disclose financial and personal interests that could influence board votes or vendor selection. Recusal is required whenever a material conflict arises, and disclosures are recorded in corporate minutes maintained by the Secretary.

The board commits to independent financial review appropriate to the organization’s filing tier, with Treasurer Gregory R. Patel coordinating documentation so Form 990 figures, bank records, and program spend percentages can be examined without obstruction.
